By enrolling in or purchasing any program, service, course, digital product, or consultation offered by Childcare Steppahz Academy Blueprint by Merchantella, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Non Refundable Policy

All payments made to Childcare Steppahz are final. Due to the digital nature of our programs, educational materials, and access to proprietary systems, no refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are non refundable.

Program Access and Use

All content provided through Childcare Steppahz is for educational purposes only. Access is granted solely to the individual who purchased the program. Sharing, copying, reselling, distributing, or transferring materials is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Childcare Steppahz respects your privacy. All customer information, including personal details, payment information, business data, and communications, is held confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

Likewise, consumers agree to keep all program content, discussions, materials, strategies, and systems confidential. This includes but is not limited to videos, documents, templates, live sessions, group discussions, and private communications. These materials are proprietary and protected.

Confidentiality on Behalf of Consumers

Childcare Steppahz maintains confidentiality on behalf of all consumers. Any information shared by participants during programs, coaching, or communications will be treated as private and confidential. We do not publicly share client names, business details, or results without written consent.

No Guarantees

While Childcare Steppahz provides proven systems, education, and guidance based on real world experience, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and systems associated with Childcare Steppahz Academy Blueprint by Merchantella are the intellectual property of Merchantella. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Agreement

By enrolling, purchasing, or participating in any Childcare Steppahz program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
